1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 8–11 business days after dispatch, so most customers receive their order within 9–13 business days from purchase.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All mienel orders include free shipping, regardless of order size or destination.
3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Items that are unused and undamaged can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are also available. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
4. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, mienel covers the cost.
5. How do I start a return?
Email info@mienel.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.
6. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
